The most challenging task
⁃    Multiple IVF failures delivered twin via normal vaginal birth / delivery

A village couple in there 30’s now, starving for the life in the city, hoping to settle as a complete family. But somehow they couldn’t conceive naturally. By the guidance of their society, they were suggested about several options and different hospitals to try advanced medical technology to help them conceive. However even after draining alot of money in several attempts of conception with multiple IVF treatments, they were unable to get the desired results.

So finally they came to Oorkid hospital and IVF center in September 2021 with enormous hopes to get the results they were desperately waiting for. Meeting with our consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist, Dr. Kaajal Mangukiya, they expressed their heartbroken feelings about the infertility of 10 years and how they were unsuccessful to conceive with every possible treatment options available.
Hence our consultant began with what she believes that proper diagnosis only can help deliver the best management, and that they never got actually diagnosed before starting the treatment plan.

Consulting with our expert infertility specialist gave them a relief as even after exhausting their hard earned money previously, they appreciated our doctor’s insight and were ready to go according to her plan. Doctor Kaajal did the routine screening procedure and found that the root cause was an endometrial infection that was harbouring for years now. Our consultant IVF specialist picked up the reasons in both the partners for which they were unable to conceive even with numerous tries thereby proving her success mantra.
After completing the individual course of treatment, the couple conceived in the first cycle IVF itself in our Oorkid hospital and IVF center. Through IVF they conceived triplets however unfortunately one of the baby’s progress stopped hence it regressed to be twins from 13weeks of gestation.
Additionally, she developed high grade fever and headache at 16weeks which was treated with hospital admission and constant monitoring of mother and the babies.

Furthermore as she reached at 35weeks of gestation, the babies non-stress test was getting deranged, therefore delivering the babies was inevitable to avoid any delay and compromising their lives. But the couple insisted that they wanna go for natural birth, and Inspite of IVF conceived triplets , advanced age and bad obstretrics history leading to high risk pregnancy, Our expert obstetrician Dr. Kaajal Mangukiya dared to deliver the babies normally in order to respect the wish of the couple. Thus, the happy couple were filled with love and joy seeing the miracle babies finally in their arms.

⁃ ટેસ્ટટ્યુબ બેબી ના ઘણાબધા પ્રયાસ પછી આને જુડવા બાળક નો જન્મ યોનિમાર્ગ થી થયો

ત્યાં એક ગામડાનું દંપતી જેમના લગ્ન ને ૧૦ વર્ષનો સમય વિતી ગયો હતો, જે સંપૂર્ણ પરિવાર તરીકે સ્થાયી થવાની આશામાં હતું.  પરંતુ કોઈક રીતે તેઓ કુદરતી રીતે ગર્ભ ધારણ કરી શક્યા નહીં.  તેમણે ગર્ભધારણ કરવા માટે અદ્યતન તબીબી તકનીકનો પ્રયાસ, ઘણા વિકલ્પો અને વિવિધ હોસ્પિટલો વિશે સૂચવવામાં આવ્યું હતું.  જો કે, ઘણી બધી IVF સારવાર સાથે ગર્ભધારણના ઘણા પ્રયત્નોમાં ઘણા પૈસા વહી ગયા પછી પણ, તેઓ ઇચ્છિત પરિણામો મેળવવામાં અસમર્થ હતા.

તેથી આખરે તેઓ સપ્ટેમ્બર 2021 માં ઓર્કિડ હોસ્પિટલ અને IVF સેન્ટરમાં આવ્યાં, જેની તેઓ આતુરતાથી રાહ જોઈ રહ્યા હતા તે પરિણામો મેળવવાની ભારે આશા સાથે.  અમારા કન્સલ્ટન્ટ સ્ત્રીરોગ તથા વંધ્યત્વ નિવારણના નિષ્ણાંત ડૉ. કાજલ માંગુકિયા સાથે મુલાકાત કરીને, તેઓએ 10 વર્ષની વંધ્યત્વ વિશે અને ઉપલબ્ધ દરેક સંભવિત સારવાર વિકલ્પો સાથે ગર્ભધારણ કરવામાં તેઓ કેવી રીતે અસફળ રહ્યા તે વિશે તેમની હૃદયભંગની લાગણીઓ વ્યક્ત કરી.
આથી અમારા કન્સલ્ટન્ટે તેની સાથે શરૂઆત કરી કે તેણી માને છે કે યોગ્ય નિદાન માત્ર શ્રેષ્ઠ વ્યવસ્થાપનમાં મદદ કરી શકે છે, અને સારવાર યોજના શરૂ કરતા પહેલા તેઓનું વાસ્તવમાં ક્યારેય નિદાન થયું નથી.

ડો. કાજલ માંગુકિયા સાથેની સલાહથી તેમને રાહત મળી કારણ કે અગાઉ તેમની મહેનતના પૈસા ખલાસ કર્યા પછી , પણ તેઓએ અમારા ડૉક્ટરની સૂઝની પ્રશંસા કરી અને તેમની યોજના અનુસાર આગળ વધવા તૈયાર હતા.  ડૉક્ટર કાજલે નિયમિત સ્ક્રીનિંગ પ્રક્રિયા કરી અને જાણવા મળ્યું કે મૂળ કારણ એ એન્ડોમેટ્રાયલ ચેપ છે જે વર્ષોથી આશ્રય આપી રહ્યો હતો. સાચેજ કહેવાય છે કે એક હાથે જેમ તાળી વાગી શકતી નથી તેમજ વાંધ્યતની સારવાર માટે પણ બંને સ્ત્રી અને પુરુષ જવાબદાર હોય શકે છે તેમ આ દંપતીમાં પણ બંને જવાબદાર હતા.
સારવારનો વ્યક્તિગત કોર્સ પૂરો કર્યા પછી, દંપતીએ પ્રથમ ચક્રમાં જ અમારી ઓર્કિડ હોસ્પિટલ અને IVF સેન્ટરમાં ગર્ભ ધારણ કર્યો. વધુમાં, તેણીને 16 અઠવાડિયામાં વધારે તાવ અને માથાનો દુખાવો થયો જેની સારવાર હોસ્પિટલમાં દાખલ કરવામાં આવી અને માતા અને બાળકોની સતત દેખરેખ રાખવામાં આવી.

તદુપરાંત , પાત્રિસ આઠવાડિયા માં બાળકોની હૃદય ના ધબકારા નો રિપોર્ટ નોર્મલ નહી હતો જેથી કોઈપણ વિલંબને ટાળવા અને તેમના જીવન સાથે સમાધાન કરવા માટે બાળકોને જન્મ આપવો અનિવાર્ય હતો. IVF ગર્ભધારણમાં જુડવા , અદ્યતન ઉંમર અને ખરાબ પ્રસૂતિશાસ્ત્રના ઇતિહાસને કારણે વધારે જોખમી સગર્ભાવસ્થા તરફ દોરી જાય છે,  છતાં અમારા પ્રસૂતિ નિષ્ણાંત ડૉ. કાજલ માંગુકિયાએ આવી વધારે જોખમી જોડિયા બાળકો વડી ઘરબાવસ્તા ને પણ સામાન્ય રીતે બાળકોને જન્મ આપવાની હિંમત કરી. દંપતી સુખી , યુગલ ચમત્કારિક બાળકોને આખરે તેમના હાથમાં જોઈને પ્રેમ અને આનંદથી ભરાઈ ગયા.
