A healthy couple in there young 30’s with a beautiful baby girl who is 3years old now. With all the happiness they can ever imagine yet somehow unable to feel the same way after the natural birth of their baby. The mother of one, came to her best friend who is none the less, The best Gynaecologist in town at our Oorkid hospital, Dr. Kaajal Mangukiya.
Meeting after so long, Dr. Kaajal was really astonished and they both shared their stories. The patient couldn’t talk about the actual reason that she came all the way to meet her friend at the hospital. As in our society, even in the modern times, it’s a taboo to talk about the intimate problems that most of the young couple face during their active married life.
Dr. Kaajal definitely felt that her friend might be uncomfortable talking about her actual problem, so she conducted a private consultation. Then the patient finally opened up as she shared her problem that she couldn’t feel the pleasure anymore after the delivery. With the knowledge and experience of so many years, Dr. Kaajal came to know where actual problem lies and she suggested few procedures such as PRP therapy and vaginal rejuvenation. After few sitting of the treatment, the patient was surprised with the outcome. she came back to thank Dr. Kaajal Mangukiya and said “It’s exactly what I wanted”.

એક સ્વસ્થ દંપતી જેની ઉંમર 30 વર્ષ છે અને જેમને એક ૩ વર્ષ ની એક સુંદર બેબી પણ છે . આ બધી ખુશી હોવા છતાં પણ ક્યાંક કંઈક ખૂટે છે તેવું તેમને લાગેછે . તેમના બાળકના કુદરતી જન્મ પછી તેમના સંબંધ માં કંઈક ઉણપ આવી હોય એવો અનુભવ થાય છે . આવી એક બાળકની માતા, તેના શ્રેષ્ઠ મિત્ર ડૉ. કાજલ માંગુકિયા, કે જે શહેરના શ્રેષ્ઠ ગાયનેકોલોજિસ્ટ છે.
આટલા લાંબા સમય પછી મળ્યા, ડૉ. કાજલ ખરેખર આશ્ચર્યચકિત થઈ ગઈ અને બંનેએ પોતપોતાની વાર્તાઓ શેર કરી. દર્દી વાસ્તવિક કારણ વિશે વાત કરી શકી નહીં કે તેણી હોસ્પિટલમાં તેના મિત્રને મળવા શા માટે આવી હતી? આપણા સમાજની જેમ, આધુનિક સમયમાં પણ, મોટાભાગના યુવાન દંપતિઓ તેમના સક્રિય દાંપત્ય જીવન દરમિયાન જે ઘનિષ્ઠ સમસ્યાઓનો સામનો કરે છે તેના વિશે વાત કરવી નિષિદ્ધ છે.
ડૉ. કાજલને ચોક્કસપણે લાગ્યું કે તેના મિત્રને તેની વાસ્તવિક સમસ્યા વિશે વાત કરવામાં અસ્વસ્થતા હોઈ શકે છે, તેથી તેણે ખાનગી સલાહ લીધી. આખરે દર્દીએ પોતાના હૃદય ની વાત મૂકી કે તેણી ડિલિવરી પછી પતિ સાથે સંબંધ બાંધતી વખતે જે અનુભવ પેહલા થતો હતો તે હવે અનુભવાતો નથી. આટલા વર્ષોના જ્ઞાન અને અનુભવથી, ડૉ. કાજલને ખબર પડી કે વાસ્તવિક સમસ્યા ક્યાં છે અને તેમણે PRP થેરાપી અને યોનિમાર્ગ કાયાકલ્પ જેવી કેટલીક પ્રક્રિયાઓ સૂચવી. સારવારની થોડી બેઠકો પછી, દર્દી પરિણામથી આશ્ચર્યચકિત થઈ ગયો. તે ડૉ. કાજલ માંગુકિયાનો આભાર માનવા માટે પાછી આવી અને કહ્યું કે “મારે જે જોઈતું હતું તે જ છે”.
