“Where There’s Will, There’s A Way”
Even with Unlimited fortune sometimes we are unable to fulfill the basic happiness of a family. We must be believing that those people with so many assests have everything that they want but in this case that we came across was going through a very hard time even with all the money they had, they left feeling powerless.
A young couple, who got married almost 6 years back, was finally trying to conceive their first child yet everytime they did conceived the outcome was unfavourable (miscarriage). As they were well educated and aware about the latest developments in the medical field, they didn’t felt any panic. They decided to face this challenge with a strong mindset and went on to search for the reason that why they were unable to carry forward the pregnancy. They took the opinions of family members about how to go further. They met various specialist doctors but were still not happy. Finally a close friend of them suggested to meet with our consultant Dr. Kaajal Mangukiya who is well known for dealing with such high risk cases and assured them about the best possible results.
Now with all the hopes and wish to know the exact cause, they arrived at our Oorkid Hospital vesu branch and booked an appointment to meet with our senior consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist Dr. Kaajal Mangukiya. They talked about their situation that even though they could conceive naturally yet somehow the pregnancy didn’t stay for longer period. As they were desperate to know the root cause Dr. Kaajal suggested them to go under detail investigation of both the partners which will help to rule out and get to the bottom of what could be the reason for them to have several miscarriage. With the latest technologies and new diagnostic procedures, the doctor pointed out that both the partner’s reports showed some problems. The female’s uterus had infectious cause while the male’s sperm had some genetic defect. Both of them under went specific treatment for a period of two months & when the reports came back normal, Dr. Kaajal gave them the option to go for IUI (Intra-uterine insemination). They conceived triplets in the first cycle itself. Knowing about the knowledge and experience of our consultant Dr. Kaajal Mangukiya, the couple was at ease and the nine months of pregnancy completed uneventfully. The babies were successfully delivered and are very healthy.
Our Consultant yet again proved the proverb that those who are ready to face the challenges will always succeed with the best outcome.

અમર્યાદિત નસીબ સાથે પણ કેટલીકવાર આપણે કુટુંબની મૂળભૂત ખુશીઓ પૂરી કરી શકતા નથી. આપણે માનતા હોઈએ છીએ કે આટલી બધી સંપત્તિઓ ધરાવતા લોકો પાસે તેઓને જોઈતું બધું જ છે, પરંતુ આ કિસ્સામાં તેમની પાસેના તમામ પૈસા હોવા છતાં પણ તેઓ ખૂબ જ મુશ્કેલ સમયમાંથી પસાર થઈ રહ્યા હતા, તેઓ શક્તિવિહીન થઈ ગયા.
એક યુવાન દંપતિ, જેમણે લગભગ 6 વર્ષ પહેલાં લગ્ન કર્યાં હતાં, તેઓ આખરે તેમના પ્રથમ બાળકની કલ્પના કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરી રહ્યા હતા, પરંતુ જ્યારે પણ તેઓ ગર્ભધારણ કરતા પણપરિણામ પ્રતિકૂળ ન હતું (કસુવાવડ). તેઓ સારી રીતે શિક્ષિત હતા અને તબીબી ક્ષેત્રના નવીનતમ વિકાસ વિશે વાકેફ હોવાથી, તેઓને કોઈ ગભરાટ અનુભવાયો ન હતો. તેઓએ મજબૂત માનસિકતા સાથે આ પડકારનો સામનો કરવાનું નક્કી કર્યું અને તે કારણ શોધવા માટે આગળ વધ્યા કે શા માટે તેઓ ગર્ભધારણને આગળ વધારવામાં અસમર્થ હતા. તેઓએ આગળ કેવી રીતે જવું તે અંગે પરિવારના સભ્યોના મંતવ્યો લીધા. તેઓ વિવિધ નિષ્ણાંત ડોકટરોને મળ્યા પરંતુ તેમ છતાં તેઓ ખુશ ન હતા. અંતે તેમના એક નજીકના મિત્રએ અમારા સલાહકાર ડૉ. કાજલ માંગુકિયાને મળવાનું સૂચન કર્યું જેઓ આવા ઉચ્ચ જોખમના કેસોનો સામનો કરવા માટે જાણીતા છે અને તેમને શ્રેષ્ઠ સંભવિત પરિણામો વિશે ખાતરી આપી.
હવે તમામ આશાઓ સાથે અને ચોક્કસ કારણ જાણવાની ઈચ્છા સાથે, તેઓ અમારી ઓર્કિડ હોસ્પિટલની વેસુ શાખામાં પહોંચ્યા અને અમારા વરિષ્ઠ સલાહકાર ઑબ્સ્ટેટ્રિશિયન અને ગાયનેકોલોજિસ્ટ ડૉ. કાજલ માંગુકિયાને મળવા માટે એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ બુક કરી. તેઓએ તેમની પરિસ્થિતિ વિશે વાત કરી કે ભલે તેઓ કુદરતી રીતે ગર્ભ ધારણ કરી શકે તેમ છતાં કોઈક રીતે ગર્ભાવસ્થા લાંબા સમય સુધી ટકી ન હતી. કારણ કે તેઓ મૂળ કારણ જાણવા ઉત્સુક હતા. ડૉ. કાજલે તેમને બંનેની વિગતવાર તપાસ કરવાનું સૂચન કર્યું જે તેમને નિદાન કાઢવામાં મદદ કરશે અને તેમને અનેક કસુવાવડ થવા પાછળનું કારણ શું હોઈ શકે છે તે જાણવામાં મદદ મળશે. નવીનતમ તકનીકો અને નવી ડાયગ્નોસ્ટિક પ્રક્રિયાઓ સાથે, ડૉક્ટરે ધ્યાન દોર્યું કે બંનેના રિપોર્ટમાં કેટલીક સમસ્યાઓ જોવા મળી હતી. સ્ત્રીના ગર્ભાશયમાં ચેપી કારણ હતું જ્યારે પુરુષના શુક્રાણુમાં કેટલીક આનુવંશિક ખામી હતી. બંનેએ બે મહિનાના સમયગાળા માટે ચોક્કસ સારવાર લીધી અને જ્યારે રિપોર્ટ સામાન્ય આવ્યા, ત્યારે ડૉ. કાજલે તેમને IUI (ઇન્ટ્રા-યુટેરિન ઇન્સેમિનેશન) માટે જવાનો વિકલ્પ આપ્યો. તેઓએ પ્રથમ વાર માજ ત્રણ બાળકો સાથે ગર્ભવતી થઇ. અમારા કન્સલ્ટન્ટ ડૉ. કાજલ માંગુકિયાના જ્ઞાન અને અનુભવ વિશે જાણીને, દંપતી નિરાંતે હતા અને ગર્ભાવસ્થાના નવ મહિના સાધારણ રીતે પૂર્ણ થયા. બાળકોની સફળતાપૂર્વક પ્રસૂતિ થઈ હતી અને તેઓ ખૂબ જ સ્વસ્થ છે.
